Foie Gras Terrine
This Valentine’s, Ilustrado offers days filled with love and memorable meals. The set menu offers a lot of options. For appetizers, choose from Lamb Carpaccio, Foie Gras Terrine or Grilled Prawn Skewers. Soup is Cream of Cauliflower and to cleanse the palate, there is Cantaloupe Sorbet.
Duck Breast Al Orange
Main Entrée choices are Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass , Slow Cooked Beef Cheeks and Duck Breast Al Orange. Desserts choices are Pavlova or Xocolat, a Salted Chocolate Caramel Tart with Himalayan Pink Salt with Milk Chocolate Cheesecake Pops with Orange and White Chocolate Creme Brûlée.
Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass
This set menu comes at P2,000 and is available for dinner of February 13 and 14. The choices from the set menu are available as ala carte dishes the whole month of February.
