With the coming of the new year, there’s always resolutions. Well, here’s mine:1) I will post more frequently; 2) I will work on losing weight; 3) Get my head on track, and finally figure out what I want to do for the rest of my life.

Yes, it’s that time of the year again. I am another year older.
Last night, I celebrated my birthday by having a special home-cooked dinner with my family and very close friends. Spicy Garlic Shrimp in Tomato Sauce
ingredients:
1 kilo shrimps or prawns
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2-3 leek stalks, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
