Learn how to make Filled Cupcakes on January 23, Saturday, 9am-2pm. Learn to bake Chocolate-Filled Chocolate Oatmeal Cupcakes, Lemon Curd and Blueberry Cupcakes, Quezo de Bola Chiffon Cupcakes and Coffee Caramel Cupcakes. The fee for this hands-on class with group workshop is P1,500.
Basic Culinary is from January 26-29, Tuesday to Friday, 9am-3pm. The class teaches Cooking Fundamentals and International Standard Techniques of meal preparation from soup, salad, pasta, main courses to desserts for Home and Institutional Scale Kitchens. The class includes workshops and the fee is P8,000.
Chocolate Making is on January 30, Saturday, 9am-2pm. Learn the chocolate basics of melting, storing and molding. Recipes include Almond Roca, Choco Lollipops, Bailey’s Truffles and Raisin Nut Cluster. The class fee is P1,500 with hands-on and group workshop.
