On December 3, Saturday, 9am-2pm, Chef Christine ‘Kittin’ Zenarosa shares recipes for Scarlet Cake, Lemon Pie, Strawberry Shortcake Overload, Cupcake Tower with Christmas Topper and Moist Chocolate Cake.
Chef Kittin finished Associate of Science in Culinary Management from Daytona Beach College in Florida, USA and also took up further studies at the Culinary Institute of America. She is a partner at the Cookbook Kitchen where she also manages the catering division.
On the same day at 2-6pm, Manju Abichandani conducts a demonstration on Vegetarian Dishes Pinoy Style that includes exciting meals from meat substitutes like Sisig Adobo, Caldereta, BBQ, Pancit and Lengua.
