There is no way you can celebrate Valentine’s Day without chocolate! This February, troop to the Maya Kitchen and watch how the pros add that unmistakable touch to your favorite chocolate Valentine desserts. You can bake it from scratch and decorate like a pro – this is what Nikko Buendia will teach in her Valentine Designer Cupcake class on February 4, Saturday, 9am-2pm. On the same day, 1-6pm, Roxanne Arcilla Kangleon will demonstrate Chocolate Candy Making for Fun and Profit with actual hands on in the preparation and molding of lollipop, black and white bark, choco flakes, chocolate dipped caramel apples, chocolate turtle, chocolate coated toffee and chocolate truffle.

Other one-day Lifestyle Courses are: Food Cart Business, February 11, 9am-1pm. Party Bread European Style, February 11, 1-6pm and Chef’s Sushi Magic by Chef Jan de Guzman, February 18, 9am-1pm.
