Chef Ben
I think it was two weeks ago when I went back to the Maya Kitchen for another lesson in Cooking. The last time I was there was when Nikko Buendia taught a class about baking and decorating cupcakes. This time around, I took a class on cooking steaks and roasts with Chef Ben.
Stuffed Roasted Rosemary Chicken with Basil Mashed Potatoes
For this short course, Chef Ben’s menu consisted of: Apple/ Raisin Stuffed Roast Pork with Apple Sauce; Stuffed Roasted Rosemary Chicken with Basil Mashed Potatoes; Beef Tornadoes Robert and Osso Buco Steak; and as a special treat: he made Chuchinillo with Paella.

Aside from the meats, he also taught how to prepare sauces for the steaks and roasts. Check out all he has prepared. They all taste as good as they look!
from top: Osso Buco Steak; Beef Tornados Robert; and Apple Raisin Stuffed Roast Pork with Apple Sauce.
I had a fun time watching and learning from Chef Ben. Thank you Maya Kitchen! If you’re interested to learn how to prepare delicious dishes, The Maya Kitchen offers classes both short and long. Check out their website for more information.
MUST! MOST DEFINITELY! ATTEND ONE OF THEIR CLASSES NEXT TIME I’M THERE.
I will enroll after we move to Pasig this Tue. Thanks Ryan 🙂
