Inspired by her childhood comfort food and the Manila food scene, Chef Bernice Pimentel rolls out a 7-course menu that includes: Kilawin Salad with Fried Wonton Chips, Mangoes and Apples; Sinigang Risotto served with Grilled Shrimp, Cherry Tomatoes and fried Eggplant; Chicken Binakol Consomme with Coconuts and Green Papaya served with Crackling Chili Leaf; Dalandan and Rosemary Ice Drop; Thrice-cooked Bagnet with Dark Chocolate Kare-Kare and Blanched Edamame; Baked Duck Breast on Balsamic Vinegar Adobo with Kwek-kwek and Squid Ink Tuile; and
